As a US Staffing Recruiter, you will actively participate in daily huddles to collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all requirements are covered and potential closures are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will also include sourcing from job portals, making job postings, working on Contracts and Permanent positions, and being well-versed in US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. It is essential to have experience with W2 tax terms and a thorough understanding of the complete US recruitment life cycle, along with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across various IT technologies. Moreover, the role requires experience in working with direct clients and excellent communication skills.
