Job Title - Talent Acquisition / US Staffing Specialist

• Location - City Centre, G0104, Siliguri, West Bengal, 734010
• Schedule - Monday - Friday (Night Shift)
• Timing - 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
• Work Mode - Work From Office (NO REMOTE)

Qualification & Certifications Required:

Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate or higher degree.
• Experience: Prior experience in BPO (US Process) is strongly preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and goal-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be a quick learner.

Core Responsibilities

As a US Staffing Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based clients, focusing on timely placement of qualified candidates.

Sourcing & Screening:

• Analyze job descriptions to understand client requirements.
• Source candidates primarily through job portals (Naukri, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and social media.
• Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, location in the US, and visa status.

Recruitment Cycle Management:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure daily/monthly targets for quality candidate submissions are met.
• Negotiate competitive wage rates and employment terms.
• Confirm candidate commitment and complete initial background checks before submission.

Coordination & Communication:

• Handle resume formatting to meet client specifications.
• Arrange interviews and ensure real-time follow-up with the client for feedback.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates via email, phone, and video calls.
• Submit daily activity reports (submittals and interview updates) to the Account Manager.
