Job Description

Position: US Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) and DM/SDM - US Recruitment

Job Type:

We are currently hiring for the positions of US Recruiters and Delivery Managers/Service Delivery Managers (DM/SDM) - Pharma or Aerospace experience.

US Recruiter Role Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in US Staffing, in either sectors such as Engineering, Pharma, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Aerospace or Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of US tax terminology and work authorization processes.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, TalentRover, Maxhire, JobDiva, or Erecruit.

DM/SDM Role Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of US Staffing experience in either the Aerospace or Pharma/Medical Devices sectors.
At least 2 years of proven team management and account management experience.
Hands-on experience handling direct clients.
Comfortable managing a mix of responsibilities, dedicating approximately 15-20% of time to active recruitment, and 75-80% to team management and client management.
