Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions across various domains.
Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit for the roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiation and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment status in ATS.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.
Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client-specific requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience recruiting for US-based roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
