About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about US employment trends and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: 06 months-2 years in US recruitment.
Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
Technical:

Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Skills:

Strong sourcing abilities, attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude.
Availability:

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
