Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter, located in Noida The US Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new hires. The recruiter will ensure a seamless recruitment process and maintain candidate experience. Other duties include developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and maintaining recruitment records.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and interviewing
• Proficiency in job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Experience in recruiting for positions in the US is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
