Sourcing Skill(LinkedIn, Indeed & Monster) , Full Life cycle recruiting, Embedded Technical knowledge will be plus

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and final offer rollout.
