Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across IT roles related to the construction, property, and real estate sectors.

  • Use multiple channels for talent sourcing (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, database) and leverage Boolean search techniques.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers in the US to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates to meet business needs.

  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

  • Manage offer negotiation, candidate engagement, compliance with visa processes, and onboarding.

  • Maintain recruitment-related documentation and use ATS/VMS tools effectively.

  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements

  • 13 years or 3–6 years of proven US IT recruitment experience (preferably in Construction, Real Estate, or Property domain).

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting for various IT domains and familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa processes.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential.

  • Good knowledge of VMS/ATS and social media recruitment.

  • Confident in client/candidate communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

  • Stable career history and motivation to work during US shift hours (night schedule).

  • Ability to deliver performance in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
