Location of work: Hyderabad Madhapur Work from the office Work Timings 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (EST Time zone ) Job Title: US Operations Coordinator/ Administration staff support Job Description: US Operations / Admin staff support to the CEO and company executives, working autonomously and exercising a high level of individual judgment, is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and performing a wide variety of administrative support activities for the CEO and his team. Serving as one of the primary points for senior-level communications internal and external, you play the unique and highly influential role of a relationship builder. Oversees and/or participates in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects and events. Required Skills / Qualifications: Provide timely, efficient administrative support to the CEO. Manage the CEO’s work and personal calendars; this includes heavy scheduling, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring strategic priorities are met. Screen and prioritize the CEO’s incoming internal and external inquiries (email, phone, walk-in). Screens and evaluates incoming and outgoing correspondences and prepares responses as appropriate. Possess and exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all matters. Experience with Social Media will be a plus. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Able to function within tight and constantly changing deadlines. Able to maintain highly confidential information. Confident, self-directed/proactive, and collaborative. High energy and naturally entrepreneurial. Able to anticipate needs, respond rapidly to new challenges, and adapt your priorities accordingly. Desire to thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced start-up environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission. Interpersonal – builds relationships and trust.
