Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Non-IT Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. The recruiter will identify and engage with talented professionals, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and delivering exceptional recruitment service is essential.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Expertise in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in non-IT recruitment is a plus
