Role Summary -

We are seeking a US Mortgage Underwriting & Rent Roll Analyst to support end-to-end loan deal assessment and compliance within a US real estate and mortgage process. The role requires deep analytical skills, strong rent roll & financial review experience, and the ability to produce clear underwriting narratives.

Key Responsibilities -

• Conduct rent roll, operating statement, and financial performance analysis
• Support underwriting activities by reviewing loan documentation, due diligence reports, and risk factors
• Perform deal sizing and credit risk evaluation using underwriting models
• Execute compliance screenings including OFAC, background checks, and credit searches
• Interpret flood zone and insurance coverage data
• Produce loan narratives, detailed reports, summaries, and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with internal teams and US clients to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Maintain high data accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness
• Required Skills & Competencies-
• Strong understanding of rent roll and real estate financial analysis
• Experience in mortgage underwriting or loan documentation review
• Proficient in financial and data analysis tools such as advanced Excel
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to change
• Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or related field

>0.6 Months 15 Years experience in US mortgage processing, underwriting, or equivalent real estate analytics.
