Muses is a Gen Z-focused marketing studio specializing in collegiate campaigns. We work with fast-growing F&B, fashion and tech brands, helping them engage authentically with college students through content campaigns, campus ambassador programs, and experiential events. Our mission is to bridge the gap between brands and the next generation of consumers with creative marketing solutions.

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to oversee and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for our clients in the U.S. market. You will be the person executing and fulfilling the marketing campaigns we get from brands, serving as the main point of contact for both students and the brand, and will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.


This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong English communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Gen Z culture and marketing trends.


Please note: The ideal candidate will have a native-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with American clients, creators and student ambassadors.


Core Responsibilities:

1) Student & Ambassador Management

  • Recruit and onboard student ambassadors, creators, and event hosts for campaigns.
  • Share brand briefs and project guidelines with campaign participants.
  • Monitor and review the quality of content and deliverables.
  • Manage contracts, logistics, and timely communication with all participants.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure deadlines and campaign goals are met.


2) Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Prepare and share weekly performance updates, reports, and insights.
  • Lead client calls to provide progress updates and recommendations.
  • Ensure client expectations are met through clear, proactive communication.


3) Campaign Operations & Execution

  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Coordinate multiple moving parts (content, events, student teams) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Resolve operational challenges and adapt to changing requirements in real time.


4) Project Management & Coordination

Maintain detailed campaign documentation, schedules, and task trackers.

Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Analyze results and provide actionable feedback for future campaigns.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Native-level English proficiency (both verbal and written)
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, account management, or project coordination (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • High level of operational and executional excellence.
  • Familiarity with Gen Z marketing trends, social media, and influencer campaigns.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).


This role is entirely remote and our working hours are 5PM-2AM IST from Monday to Friday. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this.
