Job Description

Location: Indore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions across the US market. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process while ensuring excellent candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT and Non-IT roles

  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking

Sourcing & Screening

  • Source and screen candidates for roles including:

    • IT: Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.

    • Non-IT: Finance, Healthcare, Operations, Sales, Admin, Engineering, etc.

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, communication, availability, and work authorization

  • Validate candidate details including location, notice period, CTC, relocation willingness, and visa status

Candidate & Client Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles with detailed recruiter summaries

  • Act as the point of contact between candidates and clients throughout the process

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with US hiring norms, client guidelines, and data privacy standards

  • Maintain accurate records in ATS, including candidate status and communication logs

  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding support

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, and closures

  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

  • Share regular updates and reports with internal teams and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–5+ years of experience in US recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT)

  • Strong understanding of the US job market, time zones, and hiring processes

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to work in US shift / night shift
