Job title: US / IT Technical Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition x4 Positions Type of Job: ========== Work from office only Salary per Annum: ============= 3 LPA - 8 LPA - Depending on Experience Experience needed: =========== 2 Years or above Qualification: Any Graduate Key Responsibilities: Utilize job boards, social media, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top IT talent. Develop and maintain a network of candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry events. Conduct initial phone screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic advice. Manage candidate interactions, from initial contact through offer negotiation and acceptance. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and offer management. Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proven ability to source, screen, and place IT professionals. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate job requirements and company culture effectively. Experience in negotiating salaries, benefits, and other employment terms. Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment. Willingness to stay current with industry trends and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
