US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end US IT recruitment process

  : requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers, vendors, and direct clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates using job boards (

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

  ), referrals, and networking.
• Conduct technical screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and close candidates within client budget and timelines.
• Maintain strong vendor/client relationships for repeat business and future opportunities.
• Track recruitment metrics and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
• Stay updated with

  US immigration laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

  , and IT industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years

  of proven success as a US IT Technical Recruiter.
• Excellent

  spoken and written English communication skills

  .
• Prior experience working directly with

  implementation partners, Tier 1 vendors, and direct clients

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  US recruitment processes, tax terms, and visa classifications

  (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN).
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work in a

  high-paced, target-driven

  environment.

• Demonstrated ability to fill niche IT roles in emerging technologies.

  consistent high-volume placements
