The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a keen eye for identifying talent. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various IT and non-IT positions within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers (USA and Canada based) to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Team Leads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for non-IT positions. • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals. • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates. qualifications and fit for the position. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Provide regular updates to Team Leads and hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. • Collaborate with Managers and team leads to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices. • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: • Preference is Bachelors degree in Computer science and Technology or a related field however we are open for Diploma in IT background. Graduates from other field provided the candidate has good communication skills, right attitude and knack of learning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of professionalism and integrity. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
