US IT Recruiter

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US job market, hands-on experience with end-to-end IT recruitment, and the ability to identify top technical talent across a variety of roles and technologies. This role is crucial in supporting our clients’ hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for IT positions. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top-tier technical talent. Source candidates using various platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, internal database, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring process. Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruiting. Familiarity with US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, EAD, TN, etc.). Solid understanding of various technologies (Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, DevOps, QA, etc.). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 candidates. Familiarity with time zone coordination and remote team dynamics. Show more Show less
