About the Role:

Senior US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based IT requirements.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), internal database, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries/rates, and manage candidate onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand client needs and submit quality candidates in a timely manner.
• Keep up with US visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2 years

  of hands-on experience in

  US IT recruitment

  .
• In-depth understanding of various IT technologies and terminologies.
• Strong sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a

  night shift

  (US EST/PST timings).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
• Familiarity with ATS systems.
• Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
