Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Vadodara. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The recruiter will specialize in IT and technical recruiting, ensuring that qualified candidates are matched with the appropriate positions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
