About the Role

US IT Recruiter Intern

Responsibilities

Source and screen qualified IT candidates for US-based clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordination.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
Assist in scheduling interviews and managing documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
