Job Description

Job Summary:

Work closely with Account Managers and understand client requirements for various IT roles.
Source qualified candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and other platforms.
Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and availability.
Evaluate and verify work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Submit profiles to clients with detailed summaries and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview process and post-placement.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future client needs.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with US recruitment regulations and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Experience working with MSP Clients
Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Experience with recruitment tools, ATS(Ceipal), and sourcing techniques.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with direct clients or Tier 1 vendors.
Background in technical screening.
Strong negotiation skills.
