US IT Recruiter

p Job Summary: br We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent across various technologies, ensuring a strong fit with client requirements. This is a full-time opportunity based in Coimbatore, working in US shift timings. br /p p Key Responsibilities: br Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for US IT roles. br Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. br Screen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements in terms of skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations. br Negotiate rates with candidates and vendors as per client budget. br Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. br Manage interview schedules, feedback follow-ups, and onboarding. br Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. br Ensure compliance with client requirements, visa policies (H1B, GC, USC), and recruitment standards. br Build strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors. br Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals. br /p p Required Skills & Qualifications: br Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field. br Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT staffing. br Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types. br Experience in recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. br Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM tools. br Excellent verbal and written communication skills. br Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. br Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. br /p
