Key Responsibilities : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand client requirements and job specifications. Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Stay updated on US recruitment trends, compliance regulations, and market insights. What We're Looking For : 2+ years of proven experience in full-cycle US recruitment (preferably in staffing or agency recruitment). Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for US-based positions. Strong understanding of US recruitment processes , including visa and compliance knowledge. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with candidates and clients effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
