Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Interact with USA customers/clients and our US office staff. We will help you get trained in IT field. Manage full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, identifying, evaluating and screening, submission, setting up interviews, soliciting feedback and coordinating with candidate. Perform searches into company databases, Internet recruiting databases, networking, cold calls and advertising to identify qualified profiles. Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. (H1, Green card, US Citizens). Recruiting candidates using job portals Dice, Monster combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships, referrals along with Sourcing Skills from Social Media Services like LinkedIn, Twitter and Face book. Required skills: Minimum 1-4 years of US IT recruitment experience. Freshers also welcome. Excellent written/verbal communication and excellent phone skills Qualification: BCA/MCA /BSC IT / BE / BTECH in Computers. Knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends would be plus. Should be able to work independently and do multitasking. Any previous call center experience is a plus Candidates must be willing to travel to/across US if needed.
