Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs) Making job postings on the Job Portal. Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients. Working experience with W2, 1099 and Corp2corp Candidates. Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant. Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. Desired Candidate Profile:- *Should have experience in US Staffing before. * Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills * Hands on experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter * Dynamic and result-oriented individual. * Team player, Dedication toward Assignments, Learning Savvy & Innovative to Skills.
