About the Role:

As a US IT Recruiter at PragmaEdge, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting highly skilled IT professionals for various positions within our client organizations. This role involves understanding client requirements, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).

Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews (via phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

Facilitate the hiring process by scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offer terms.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.

Provide timely and accurate updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably within a staffing agency or recruiting firm.

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, systems administration, cybersecurity, etc.

Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
