Key Responsibilities:

Source, identify, and engage top-tier technical talent across the US market.
Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to build strong candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs and technical requirements.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before submission.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

25 years of experience in
US IT/Technical sourcing or recruiting
.
Strong understanding of
core IT skills
(Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Fullstack, etc.).
Proficient in
Boolean search, sourcing tools, and social recruiting techniques
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work
night shifts (US hours)
from the Ahmedabad office.
