Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and fostering relationships with hiring managers to understand job specifications and hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting
• Strong Recruiting and networking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
