✔ Coordinating interviews, feedback, and candidate follow-ups

✔ Maintaining strong submission-to-selection ratios

✔ Building and managing a consistent talent pipeline

✔ Maintaining recruitment reports and performance metrics

US IT Recruiter (W2)

✔ Strong understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)

✔ Good knowledge of IT skills and current market trends

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔ Willingness to work night shifts (EST hours)
