Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT roles in the US market.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries/rates, and close candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance metrics.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorizations (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (US timings).
