Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 3 – 6 Years (State Client experience preferred)
Location: Onsite – Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen & recruit top IT talent for State Client requirements
Manage submissions via VMS/MSP portals
Build strong relationships with candidates & clients
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Collaborate with the team to achieve hiring goals
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of US IT recruitment experience
Exposure to State Clients (a big plus!)
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Ability to multitask & manage time effectively
Familiarity with VMS/MSP portals preferred
