Job Description

Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Implementation Partner Experience Required)

About the Role:

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for

    contractual and full-time IT roles

    in the US market.
  • Source resumes through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates based on

    implementation client-specific requirements

    .
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver accordingly.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure ATS data is up to date.
  • Negotiate rates and finalize employment terms with consultants and vendors.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience

    in

    US IT recruitment

    , specifically with

    implementation clients

    .
  • Proven ability to recruit for various

    IT roles

    (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
  • Experience working on

    Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2

    , and

    1099

    employment types.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of

    US visa types

    , time zones, and tax terms.
  • Proficiency with

    ATS systems and job boards

    .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in

    night shifts

    to align with US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Tier-1 Implementation Partners or MSPs.
  • Familiarity with working in

    fast-paced delivery environments

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
