Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions

    , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.

Prime Vendor Requirements:

  • Work with prime vendor requisitions

    , ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and candidate, facilitating a smooth recruitment process.

W2 Sourcing:

  • Focus on sourcing candidates for W2

    roles, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with US recruitment standards.
  • Work with candidates to ensure they meet the legal requirements for W2 employment.

Boolean Search Expertise:

  • Use Boolean search

    techniques to identify and source the best-fit candidates for US IT roles across various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.

Client Collaboration:

  • Engage with US-based clients to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality candidates that match the job description and client requirements.

Apex Experience (Preferred):

  • Experience with Apex

    recruitment software is a plus for streamlining the recruiting process and managing candidate data.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients and help manage the interview and offer processes.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress, interviews, and placements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Generate and share recruitment reports as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years

    of experience in

    US IT staffing

    , particularly with

    prime vendor requisitions

    and

    W2 sourcing

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Apex

    is an added advantage.

Technical Sourcing:

  • Strong ability to source candidates using Boolean search

    techniques and other recruiting tools.

End-to-End Recruitment Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate placement.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates across all stages of recruitment.

Client Focused:

  • Ability to work with US clients and understand their recruitment needs, ensuring the successful fulfillment of job requirements.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage multiple positions and candidates at once.
