Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across various levels (entry, mid, senior) within the US market. Source and identify qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics. Negotiate offers, salary, and benefits with candidates while aligning with company policies and market standards. Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate status updates, and reports in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Stay up to date with the latest hiring trends, IT skillsets, and technologies relevant to the US market. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Assist in employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice in the US IT industry. Handle candidate queries, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Participate in job fairs, webinars, and recruitment events targeting US-based IT talent.
