Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
• Work on job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Review technical resumes and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.
• Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring skill sets.
• Negotiate salary, hourly rates (C2C, W2, 1099), and close candidates effectively.
• Stay updated on immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizens).
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation.
• Build long-term relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven 6 to 8 Years experience in US IT recruitment/US staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Experience working with C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and job boards.
