The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and production-level AI implementations. Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Development:

• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions into production using Langchain, Llama Index, and other leading frameworks.
• Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for efficient and scalable AI systems.
• Work with agentic frameworks such as Langraph and Crew AI to create intelligent, automated solutions.

2. Full Stack Development:

• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Python.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

3. Cloud and DevOps:

• Design, deploy, and manage AI solutions on Azure Cloud, leveraging Azure AI services.
• Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, code deployment, and monitoring.

4. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code reviews to maintain code quality.

5. Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, cloud computing, and development practices.
• Continuously improve existing systems by integrating new AI techniques and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Python Full Stack Developer.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Langchain, and Llama Index.

• Proficiency in advanced RAG techniques and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments.

• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud and Azure AI services.

• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and infrastructure management.

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as Langraph and Crew AI.

• Solid knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.

• Experience in building AI-powered conversational agents.

• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture.
