Job Description

Generate and qualify new sales leads through channels like cold calls, emails, and social media.
Maintain and build client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic sales plans.
Conduct product demonstrations and tailored client presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitive products.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports.

Requirements:

4-5 years of inside sales experience targeting the US market.
Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work shifts aligned with US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in the technology or software sector is a plus.
