Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social media.

2. Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Manage and update customer and lead data to ensure a strong sales pipeline.

3. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and increase lead-to-sale conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation tactics and target relevant client profiles.

4. Product Knowledge and Positioning

  • B2B Experience
  • Develop a strong understanding of Arche Globals products and services.
  • Position Arche Globals offerings as solutions to prospective customers' needs.

5. Client Relationship Building

  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Serve as a point of contact to handle inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
