Position: US Healthcare Recruiter Experience: 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Saturday & Sunday fixed off) Work Location: Doon IT Park, Dehradun, India (Onsite) Education: Bachelor's Degree Required We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our expanding team. Your essential role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in exciting travel positions across the United States. This position necessitates a solid grasp of the US healthcare landscape, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and clients. Responsibilities Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for various open positions. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Establish and foster enduring relationships with candidates and healthcare facilities. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all involved parties. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including phone interviews and reference checks. Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the onboarding process. Stay informed about US healthcare industry trends, regulations, compliance requirements, and licensing procedures. Utilize diverse recruiting tools and platforms, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media. Maintain precise records of candidate interactions and placement activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university (or equivalent). Minimum of 1 year of proven recruitment experience in US Healthcare Staffing. Comprehensive understanding of the US healthcare industry, encompassing job titles, specialties, and licensing prerequisites. Familiarity with US time zones, culture, and tax terminology. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities. Capability to swiftly build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in placing healthcare professionals on travel assignments. Existing network of US healthcare professionals. Must possess a solid professional track record.
