Position Details
Location: New DelhiSalary: Up to 7 LPA + IncentivesWork Schedule: 5 days a week, US shifts (night shifts)Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in US healthcare recruitment is required

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate documentation in ATS/HR systems
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy to attract top talent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in US healthcare recruitment
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office (Excel functions preferred)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
