Role: Australia Accounting & Tax Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for professionals who want to build a career in Australian Accounting & Taxation. The role involves managing accounts, taxation, and compliance for global clients while working closely with a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Self-review and team review of accounting and tax deliverables
• Communication with clients (verbal and written)
• Reviewing work done by team members and providing feedback
• Conducting training sessions for new joiners
• Preparing and finalizing financial statements and tax returns (Company, Trust, Partnership and Individual)
• Preparing tax planning documents and financial statements
• Managing payroll and bookkeeping activities
• Preparing monthly and quarterly indirect tax returns

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Australian Accounting and Taxation (BAS, Bookkeeping)
• Prior experience in team management:
• Manager: Experience in handling a team of 20–25 members
• Team Leader: Experience in handling a team of 7–8 members
• Excellent command over English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks
• Good understanding of Australian tax and accounting concepts

Work Location and Schedule

• Work from Office – Ahmedabad
• Timings: 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM
• Workdays: Monday to Friday (First Saturday working, other Saturdays and Sundays off)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
