US GTM Manager / Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Go-To-Market Manager at Pepper Contents in the US enterprise market, your role is critical in building, scaling, and taking ownership of revenue-generating programs. You will be responsible for leading various initiatives such as ABM campaigns, podcasts, B2B events, sponsorships, and outbound plays. Each of these programs is considered a business engine at Pepper, and you will be tasked with overseeing them akin to mini-CEOs. Key Responsibilities: - Build, own, and scale GTM programs including ABM, Events, Podcasts, among others - Craft and manage outreach strategies targeting senior enterprise buyers such as VPs and CXOs - Drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution from campaign inception to conversion - Collaborate effectively with design, content, performance, and sales teams - Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset by establishing systems, optimizing processes, and leading pilot projects - Continuously experiment, analyze performance data, and adapt strategies accordingly - Fulfill various roles such as marketer, strategist, copywriter, and sales lead as needed Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in GTM, B2B marketing, or related fields - Background in high-growth startups or environments that emphasize individual accountability - Thrive in dynamic environments, showcasing adaptability and versatility - Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and strategic domains - Ability to think creatively, act decisively, and iterate rapidly - Comfortable working in US EST hours - (Bonus) Possess an MBA from a Tier 1/2 school (Prodigies are encouraged) - (Double Bonus) Deep passion for content, technology, and marketing trends,
