Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions for employees involved in Third Party Collections. Your main focus will be on ensuring a deep understanding of relevant processes and compliance standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to assess training needs, tailor training methods to different learning styles, and provide constructive feedback to trainees. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering comprehensive training sessions for employees involved in Third Party Collections - Creating and updating training materials, manuals, and documentation specific to Third Party Collections procedures and best practices - Collaborating with management to assess training needs within the team, identifying areas for improvement and skill development - Tailoring training methods to address different learning styles and ensure optimal comprehension and application of strategies - Providing constructive feedback to trainees, offering guidance for improvement - Evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions and implementing enhancements as needed - Attending internal and external call calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluating and scoring calls within the team - Staying abreast of updates, changes, and advancements within the domain and keeping training materials current - Demonstrating the ability to execute policies, processes, and procedures of the organization effectively within the training context - Ensuring full compliance with all company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements in the delivery of training programs Qualifications Required: - Proven experience of 2+ years with a focus on Third Party Collections, preferably working in a Trainer role - Familiarity with debt collection processes, compliance standards, and industry regulations - Graduation from any stream - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to adapt training approaches to various learning styles and levels of expertise - Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and documentation effectively - Collaborative mindset to stay updated on industry changes and ensure training programs align with best practices.,
