You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Tax Services team you will assist in the preparation and finalization of state tax returns and compliance. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional work.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of experience in State and Local Tax concepts
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  

What Sets You Apart

• Basic to moderate knowledge of SALT concepts
• Experience in preparation of state tax returns
• Familiarity with VDA returns and RAR audits
• Exceptional technical background in accounting and taxation
• Remarkable communication skills in a team environment
• Attentive participation in tax training modules
• Experience with ONE SOURCE, Corptax, CCH or Go software
• Basic knowledge of XML file interpretation
