We operate in the student recruitment and academic consulting sector, helping learners secure placements at US universities through application strategy, essay coaching, and visa guidance.

Location & Workplace:

On-site role based in India. This position requires direct, in-person student engagement at our counseling centre(s).Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling for Indian students applying to US undergraduate and graduate programsbuild tailored application strategies and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end application workflows (Common App and institutional portals): transcripts, recommendations, shortlist management, and deadline enforcement.
• Coach students on personal statements, essays, resumes, and portfolio presentation to improve admissions outcomes and acceptance rates.
• Provide practical guidance on standardized tests (SAT/ACT/TOEFL/IELTS), credential evaluation (e.g., WES), and prepare students for interview rounds.
• Advise on US visa processes (F-1 visa basics, SEVIS awareness, documentation) and deliver pre-departure orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate student records and pipeline metrics in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), run outreach campaigns, and report conversion performance.
