Job Title: U.S. Attorney Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Notice Period: Less than 15 days Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of experience practicing U.S. law Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated U.S. Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing U.S. law to join our legal team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will provide legal support and guidance on U.S. legal matters, ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state laws, and assist with legal documentation, research, and litigation processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and support on matters related to U.S. laws and regulations Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts in compliance with U.S. legal standards Conduct legal research and analysis on U.S. case law, statutes, and regulations Support litigation processes including discovery, motions, and trial preparation Work closely with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management Stay updated on developments in U.S. law that may impact clients or the business Handle corporate, commercial, immigration, or real estate-related legal matters, depending on specialization Requirements: Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (active or inactive status acceptable) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. legal practice (law firm or corporate) Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state laws Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-border teams Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills Prior experience working remotely or in offshore legal teams is a plus Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate law, immigration law, litigation support, or real estate law Familiarity with legal tech tools and document management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
