Our client company provides Accounting Bookkeeping, Medical Billing, Audio Visual, IT outsourcing services to small businesses across the USA Role : US Accounts Officer (Intacct ERP) Industry : KPO/ US Accounting Years of experience :- 3-5 years Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM Office Location : Ahmedabad Position description: Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly review of accounts & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines. Primary Responsibilities: Vendor Bills Processing Vendor Statement Reconciliation Bank Entries and Reconciliation Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries Preparation of customer invoices and mailing AR and Revenue Reconciliation, accounts payable Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports Sales Tax calculation and filing Payroll Reconciliation Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments Internal communication for routine queries and questions Review and preparation of financial statements Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Sage Intacct or any other ERP If interested, you may share your updated resume with details of your relevant experience, current salary, expected salary and notice period.
