Full Time
Make outbound calls to customers for personal loan EMI reminders and clearance.
Follow up with customers on pending EMIs, overdue payments, and settlements.
Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, penalties, and payment modes clearly.
Build rapport with customers and negotiate for timely EMI payments.
Update customer interactions and payment status accurately in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for payment confirmation and resolution.
Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and collection targets.
Fresher plus Prior experience in personal loan, credit card, or loan recovery telecalling.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in day shifts / rotational shifts (as applicable).
