Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To effectively manage and drive distributor business within the assigned area, ensuring achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

Achieve and exceed primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area.
Regularly monitor sales performance and address any deviations from targets.

Distributor Management

Oversee and manage relationships with distributors to ensure seamless business operations.
Conduct regular visits to distributor points to review performance and resolve any issues.
Ensure timely order fulfillment, stock availability, and optimal inventory levels at all distributor locations.

Market Analysis & Development

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
Gather market intelligence and provide insights for sales planning.

Business Reporting

Prepare and submit timely sales reports, including analysis of primary and secondary sales.
Track and report on sales metrics, distributor performance, and market activities.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve territory targets.
Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with market needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Distribution, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
