HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering:

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across the North region.
  
• Align HR initiatives with business goals and regional priorities.
  
• Drive talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  

Blue-Collar Workforce Management:

• Oversee end-to-end HR lifecycle for blue-collar staff (hiring, onboarding, compliance, engagement, and exit).
  
• Partner with line managers to resolve labour issues, improve workforce productivity, and reduce attrition.
  
• Manage manpower planning and coordinate with contract staffing agencies.
  

Compliance & Industrial Relations:

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act, etc.).
  
• Handle union and non-union workforce issues, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
  
• Liaise with local authorities and labor inspectors as required.
  

HR Operations & Policy Implementation:

• Implement HR policies and processes effectively at all sites within the North region.
  
• Monitor adherence to company policies, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards.
  
• Lead audits and ensure documentation and HRMS records are updated and accurate.
  

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities at plant and site levels.
  
• Drive communication and cultural alignment initiatives.
  
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate with MBA in HR / PGDM (HR) or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, especially in managing blue-collar workforce across multiple sites.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and IR practices.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proven experience in working in a dynamic, high-volume environment (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, plant HR).
  
• Willingness to travel across sites in the North region.
